terms and conditions

i. I take half the full payment upfront and the other half when the commission is done. If you do not get your piece by the set deadline with no update about its status you are eligible for a full refund.
ii. Depending on the stage of the piece, you may get a partial refund. If I cannot complete the request for any possible reason you will get a full refund.
iii. Completion time ranges a week up to five (5) weeks depending on the product requested and my schedule. I will inform you of any needed time extensions.
iv. If you have a deadline please tell me a week in advance.
v. My commissions are for personal use only. You may use your commission on your social medias and repost it but please credit me.
vi. I own all rights to my work. Putting my work into any AI engine or using it for anything NFT-related is strictly prohibited.
vii. Unless you wish to keep your commission personal, I can use your commission as part of my personal art portfolio and I can post it to my socials.
viii. To prevent you, the buyer, being upset with your piece, please send me all your reference photos in your email. Any and all reference photos are accepted! Even Pinterest boards. If you wish, please include a “Top 5 List” of features that are most important to you.
ix. I will send you progress updates. In the “sketch” or "doodle" stage you may request any changes you wish for no charge. If you ordered your piece to be rendered and you request a change during the “rendering” stage, you will be charged extra depending on your request for change.
x. Please be kind. Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and your order will be cancelled. You will get a partial refund upon cancellation, but I will keep 50% of the payment.
xi. Once the work is completed and payment is finalized, you will be sent a high res .png file of your product and a high res watermarked .jpg file for posting on social media via your provided email. No physical product will be delivered unless we’ve discussed about it beforehand.
